LET ME SHOW YOU MY RANS.


4/13: easy :25. 4/14: 6+ w last 2 in 12:30. Planned on marathon pace, which I’m guessing is somewhere between 6:00-6:10, but couldn’t get there even working harder than I should have. Was running into a mean headwind the whole way, so I guess I shouldn’t feel too discouraged. But it would have been nice to have a more confidence-building last workout. Off to STL, then BOS, then HOP.
