Let’s see:

4/25: 4 miles, :31, feeling better.

4/26: AM: 4, :30, felt good. PM: 4+ with the club—not quite ready for that yet. Let ‘em go and slogged home on my own.

4/27: 4ish, :30. Feeling rough.

Still pretty tuckered from the marathon I guess. Everything is working alright but nothing feels smooth.
